• Temporary Processing: We process submitted videos, URLs, and derived analysis data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with law

Rules for Acceptable Conduct

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

Billing, Subscription, and Payment Terms

Liability Limitations

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules
• Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussion
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise
• To the extent permitted by law, you waive participation in class actions and jury trials
